Designed to bring employee comments, business responses, progress updates and supporting information together in one clear visual display, the board provides a structured and professional way to show how feedback is being acknowledged and acted upon.

Ideal for offices, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, engineering environments, healthcare settings, education, public sector organisations and other workplaces, the board helps create a more visible and accountable approach to employee communication.

The board includes five dedicated You Said and We Did sections, allowing employee feedback and the organisation’s response to be displayed side by side. Each row also includes its own 3-way status dial, making it easy to show whether an item is To Do, In Progress or Complete.

The status dials use a simple red, amber and green system for quick visual reference:

Red – To Do
Amber – In Progress
Green – Complete

Each 111mm status dial is permanently mounted to the board and features a rotating cover which reveals only the selected status, creating a clear and intuitive way to communicate progress at a glance.

Three A4 single-sheet document holders are positioned within the Feedback section, providing space for additional information, supporting documents, staff communications, completed actions or more detailed responses. Documents can be easily inserted, removed and updated whenever required.

The You Said and We Did areas feature a dry wipe surface, allowing comments and responses to be written directly onto the board, updated as actions progress and reused continuously.
